Laura Somaini is a lawyer specializing in EU, tech and data protection law, as well as a scientific collaborator at UC Louvain. She holds a Law Degree from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and an LL.M in EU Law from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium). She was previously an Academic Fellow at Bocconi University, working as a research and teaching assistant, focusing on constitutional law, Internet law and digital privacy. She has authored various contributions on EU data protection law, non-personal data, online disinformation, Internet regulation and algorithmic transparency.
